Maintenance Director
Achieve Rehab and Nursing - Achieve Rehab and Nursing Facility is a 140 bed Skilled Nursing Facility located in the beautiful Catskill mountains.
We pride ourselves on providing quality care to each and every resident.
In giving excellent care, the brick and mortar building built in 1974 must remain in top-notch condition.
We are presently seeking a Maintenance Director to ensure that the Facility and all utilities are in working order.
The Maintenance Director position is a full-time role, working Monday through Friday.
Maintenance Director responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Ensuring that all utilities are maintained in working order Repair any items that may need it including boilers, plumbing, heating, PTAC units, etc.
Repair medical equipment including wheelchairs, beds, etc.
Oversee renovations occuring in the building Oversee the environmental safety of the Facility, residents and staff Attend meetings as directed Ensure adherance to all state and federal environmental regulations Benefits for the Maintenance Director include:
