Achieve Rehab and Nursing - Achieve Nursing and Rehab is a Skilled Nursing Facility that provides quality care to 140 residents.
We are presently seeking a Nursing Secretary to join our team of dedicated professionals.
The Nursing Secretary works a full time schedule, Monday-Friday 8a-4p.
The Nursing Secretary position is a versatile role that offers qualified, professional individuals opportunity for growth and advancement.

Responsibilities:
Arranging for and making resident appointments for diagnostic and therapeutic services.
Arranging transportation for resident appointments.
Keeping nursing personnel informed of resident changes & appointments.
Recording medical and administrative information in accordance with our established charting and documentation policies and procedures.
Answering telephones, page calls, delivering messages to residents, etc.

Recording appropriate resident identification data on designated medical records, wristbands, ID cards, etc.
, as required.
Completing requisitions for laboratory orders.
Completing necessary medical and administrative records upon the residents and admissions, transfer, and/or discharge.
Forward completed charts of discharged residents to the Medical Records department.
Must adhere to all HIPAA requirements.

Qualifications:
High school diploma LTC/SNF experience preferred Ability to multi-task and work in high paced environment is a must Friendly, positive attitude is required Self-driven individuals who can work independently and collaboratively as a team are highly preferred Achieve Rehab and Nursing is a Drug Free Workplace and an Equal Opportunity Employer.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
