Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a Travel RN - Home Health - Mobile Shift:
Days / 9a-5p (8x5) 40 hours per week Length:
8 weeksRequirements:
NY RN License Minimum 1 year of nursing experience in a home healthcare setting Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills BLS Other Details:
Netsmart charting system experience required.
Radius of 35-93 miles dependent on the caseload.
Qualifications:
NETSMART charting experience required.
Valid RN license in NY.
Valid Drivers License Minimum 1 year of nursing experience in a home healthcare setting.
Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and make sound decisions.
As a Home Health RN, your primary responsibility is to provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes.
You will work closely with patients and their families to develop and implement comprehensive care plans that address their specific healthcare needs.

Assess and Monitor Patients 2.
Develop care plans 3.
Provide Skilled Nursing Care 4.
Educate Patients and Families 5.
Coordinate Services 6.
Document and Maintain Records 7.
Assess Home Environment 8.

Advocate for Patients 10.
